ENgage is a conference designed to equip and release fully devoted youth workers into district leadership over areas of worker care and event implementation.

  • $385 per person
  • Registration includes all meals on site and lodging based on double occupancy for 4 nights.
  • Please note: If you prefer a single-occupancy room (ie. your wife is coming along), the registration cost is $575 per person.
  • Registration opens Sept 01 and closes Oct 30
  • A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at time of registration.
  • Full payment is due no later than Nov 01, 2011

Transportation

Please arrive into the Colorado Springs Airport (COS) by 4 pm MT on Saturday, Nov 12TH and depart anytime on Wednesday, Nov 16TH.

Ground transportation will be provided to and from the COS airport provided we have your itinerary no later than Nov 01.

Please note: Ground transportation will not be provided to or from the Denver International Airport.

  • Ken Castor

    thumbnail portrait of Ken CastorKen Castor is a husband, dad, pastor and teacher. He loves playing Lego with his kids, enjoys long-suffering with the Cubs, and wears long-underwear in January in Minnesota. Ken has served as a ministry catalyst to emerging generations for the last twenty years with various churches and ministry organizations (YFC, InterVarsity, C&MA, etc.) throughout the United States and Canada. Ken also serves as a strategic missional partner with Youth For Christ in Northern Ireland. As a professor of youth ministry at Crown College (St. Bonifacius, MN), his passion is to see the church release the coming generations to deepen their response to Jesus. Ken has a B.A. from Taylor University, a D.C.S. and M.Div. from Regent College (Vancouver, B.C.), and a D.Min. from Trinity Western University where he focused on spiritual formation and leadership transference in the church. Ken lives in Minnesota with his wife, Kathy, and their three children.

  • Glenn Packiam

    thumbnail portrait of Glenn PackiamGlenn Packiam is an Executive Pastor at New Life Church in Colorado Springs, Colorado, where he oversees Spiritual Formation and serves as the teaching pastor for New Life Sunday Night. Glenn is the author of Lucky: How the Kingdom Comes to Unlikely People (David C. Cook, 2011), Secondhand Jesus: Trading Rumors of God for a Firsthand Faith (David C. Cook, 2009), and Butterfly in Brazil: How Your Life Can Make a World of Difference (Tyndale, 2007). Glenn was also one of the founding leaders and songwriters for the Desperation Band and has been featured on several Desperation Band and NewLifeWorship recordings. Glenn released his debut solo album, Rumors and Revelations, with Integrity Music. Glenn has written a few well-loved worship songs like “Your Name,” “Everyone (Praises),” and “My Savior Lives.”
